Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 229bt ("229bt", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 229bt website, mobile site, and all services, games, betting markets and promotional offers made available through them. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 229bt platform. 229bt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply to all players in Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur and Mymensingh.

To open and maintain a 229bt account, you must meet all of the following criteria. Failure to satisfy any single criterion disqualifies you from using the platform.

   Single Account: You may hold only one 229bt account. If a previous account was closed for breach of these Terms, you may not register a new account without prior written authorisation from 229bt.

   Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Use of a false name or a third party's identity is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

   Own Funds: You must deposit only funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. Depositing proceeds of criminal activity or money laundering is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Registration on 229bt is free. You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. 229bt reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 229bt may require you to submit copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Until KYC is complete, 229bt may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals and gameplay. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 229bt will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

   You must notify 229bt immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 229bt is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder has not observed reasonable security precautions.

   229bt reserves the right to conduct periodic identity re-verification. Accounts that fail re-verification may be suspended pending investigation.

   Each player is permitted one account per household and one account per payment method. Where 229bt detects multiple accounts sharing the same payment instrument or IP address, it may consolidate those accounts and review all associated transaction history.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 229bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 229bt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

   The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 229bt may impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming or fraud prevention measures.

   Deposits are generally credited to your 229bt balance instantly. Where a delay occurs due to the payment provider or network conditions, 229bt is not liable for any missed betting opportunity arising from that delay.

   Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing times vary by payment provider and are outside 229bt's direct control once a request has been submitted.

   229bt may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where the account has an outstanding bonus rollover requirement that has not been met.

   You must not use third-party payment accounts to deposit or withdraw funds. Transactions originating from or directed to accounts not registered in your own name will be reversed and the associated 229bt account may be suspended.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

229bt offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section and any specific terms stated at the point of the offer. Where general and specific bonus terms conflict, the specific terms prevail.

   All bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings or bonus credit can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion details.

   Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, and per payment method. Where 229bt determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these restrictions, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

   229bt reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

   Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus regardless of account activity.

   Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus credit, not cash, until the applicable rollover has been completed.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on 229bt are governed by the rules of the respective game or market as determined by the game provider or sports data provider. Where displayed information conflicts with the official result, the official result shall prevail.

   229bt reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has commenced where pre-match odds were displayed, or placed using information obtained through technical abuse of the platform.

   In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session — including disconnection, server error or power outage — bets in progress at the time of the failure will be resolved according to the game provider's technical failure policy. 229bt is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

   Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing. 229bt reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

   Cricket betting on 229bt follows standard international cricket betting rules. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other fixtures, specific market rules — including rain interruption, DLS method application and abandonment settlements — are governed by rules published by the relevant governing body and interpreted by 229bt's trading team.

6. Responsible Gaming

229bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides self-management tools accessible from within your account settings at all times, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion. These tools are self-service — you do not need to contact support to activate them.

Players who activate self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing their 229bt account for the selected duration. During a self-exclusion period, 229bt will make reasonable efforts to suspend marketing communications to the excluded player. Any funds held at the time of self-exclusion remain secure and are accessible upon verified request for closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 229bt. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

   Fraud and Collusion: Any form of fraud, including collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, use of bots or automated scripts, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

   Money Laundering: Using the 229bt platform to deposit, layer or integrate proceeds of crime. 229bt is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without notice to the account holder.

   Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one 229bt account, or assisting another person to register in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

   Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses in a manner 229bt determines to constitute bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine game engagement.

   Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal in respect of a deposit made to 229bt. Where a chargeback is initiated, 229bt will suspend the account immediately and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through appropriate channels.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

229bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 229bt will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable time.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 229bt support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 229bt's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 229bt account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 229bt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from use of the platform.

229bt does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 229bt makes no representations regarding the accuracy of any information displayed, including odds, scores and market statuses, which are subject to change without notice.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

229bt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 229bt implements SSL encryption and appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

11. Amendments to These Terms

229bt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 229bt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised last updated date.

Your continued use of 229bt after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.
